How It Works:

Once we have agreed project time-scales then I will meet with your project team to discuss all details of the installation and choose suitable specification workstations and server hardware.  I will lead you through the hardware purchase process which will enable you to make the capital expenses directly and receive VAT invoices for the relevant components of the project.

In total, we will need approximately three hours to complete the hardware purchase phase of the project, and you should receive the equipment within 10 working days.

The Installation work will normally take around two or three working days to complete, with an additional day reserved to hand-over your network and provide a briefing to your staff.

The Project Management fee will be due during the equipment purchase phase and the balance of the fee will be due on completion of the installation work before your Support Contract becomes live.

NOTES: Elements of the fee will be subject to VAT.  The Server and Workstations will be of a suitable specification for the Tasks required of them and will be of current technology and performance.  Should you require some Workstations to be of a Higher Specification for a higher workload then you will have the opportunity to upgrade during the Hardware purchase phase.
