You don’t need a support contract or even be an existing customer to get help from us. We don’t sell contracts or try to tie you in forever, we just offer good honest pay-as-you-go support. Pay for what you need, when you need it.

Option 1: Call or email the support desk for help.

Phone Support is £45 inc VAT per hour, charged in 15 minute blocks.  Some small issues are sorted in 10 minutes, some larger issues can take an hour, but you only pay for the time you need.  If we need to see what’s going wrong then we can use option 2.

Option 2: Remote support.

Our Safe Support Tool can be used to see your problem first hand and we can fix the issues for you at the other end of the phone line. There is no extra charge for this.  It takes about 10 minutes to setup a link and we can then see and experience the problem and help you as if we were sat right next to you.  

Option 3: Collection – For hardware or more severe faults.

There are some issues that just can’t be fixed over the phone.  This might be drive failure or if your computer needs a physical service. We can book to collect your computer and return it again after a repair has been completed.  Sometimes there is a charge if we’re making a trip specially, sometimes we might be passing nearby and don’t charge.  Workshop labour is  £45 inc VAT per hour plus parts.

I need a quicker collection.

If you cannot wait for us to collect, then you can bring your machine to our Newton Poppleford Workshop yourself at a time to suit you and there is no charge for this.  Just book a time to drop off so we make sure you don’t clash with any other customers.  If you are not mobile then we can come and collect your machine at a time to suit you, just book a timed collection or re-delivery for £22.50 inc vat at a time to suit you.

Option 4: We visit you.

A site visit is suitable for anything that cannot be sorted by phone such as: printing faults, Internet connection issues, new machine setups, etc. 

Site visit time is charged at £54 inc VAT per hour, minimum of 1 hour charge, thereafter in 15 mins blocks.  There is no call-out fee within 10 miles of our Newton Poppleford base, so that covers most of Honiton, Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, East Exeter, Topsham, Whimple, Broadclyst, Ottery St Mary, Seaton, Sidbury, Sidford, Colyton, Colyford, Woodbury, Farringdon, Westhill, Otterton, and all the villages in-between.

We will happily work outside this area, but travel charges and longer lead time may apply: normal labour rates for the travel time + 54p per mile (including VAT) for the return journey.
