We are all painfully aware of the rising costs of living, and that extends to the cost of doing business too. Rising staff wages, insurance and office operating costs, motoring costs, and even the costs of parts have all had an impact. We are proud to have maintained our 2018 labour prices for so long, but we cannot continue to ignore the rising costs, so from May 2023, our labour prices will increase as follows:
For workshop labour, including telephone and remote support, web development and design, and workshop repair labour, the rate is £37.50 plus VAT per hour, which is £45.00 inc. VAT per hour. Chargeable in 15-minute blocks at £11.25 inc. VAT
For on-site labour, the rate is £45 plus VAT per hour, which is £54 inc. VAT per hour. The first hour is charged in full and then in 15-minute blocks thereafter at £13.50 inc. VAT.
Our immediate response call-out charge remains unchanged at £60 plus VAT.
A full day of technician time for IT or audiovisual event services remains unchanged at £225 plus VAT for partner venues and trade clients or £300 plus VAT for other customers.
